Spencer is a former professional mogul skier turned product manager and creator.
Growing up skiing at Hunter Mountain in upstate New York, he entered his first competition at just nine years old and went on to win the Eastern Championships twice, eventually reaching a peak national ranking of #7 in the U.S.
His ski career took him from Killington Mountain School in Vermont to training in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, before returning to Killington to finish out his competitive run at 21. The discipline, resilience, and creative problem-solving Spencer developed on the mountain continue to shape his approach today.
After retiring from competition, Spencer transitioned his focus to technology and product. He earned his undergraduate degree in Information Technology and a Master’s in Computer Science from Northeastern University, before joining Meta's Rotational Product Management program.
Over the past year, he has worked across teams including GenAI Platform and Instagram Stories, while also building his voice as a creator.
Today, Spencer brings the same energy he once poured into skiing toward helping people navigate technology, creativity, and career growth.
